This blog is being created to chronicle problems clients have had with Macktaz Law in Providence, RI. After Bethany Macktaz took my retainer, shared privileged communication with the other side of a legal matter, and then withdrew from my case, I suspected that I was not the only client that she did not serve well.
I suppose it is possible that I am the only client that did not get served well by Bethany Macktaz, or it is possible that I am the only one who has chosen to post online about it. At least so far. This forum will make it easier for others who have been screwed out of retainers by Macktaz Law, or who have had Bethany Macktaz jeopardize negotiations or totally blow their case to tell others about their experience.
